Troubleshooting mobile phone problemsTo sell your stuff on MyMart™ through your mobile you will need to send picture messages and access the mobile internet. If you are not sure if you can send picture messages try sending one to a friend first to see if your phone is set up. For more advice have a look at the information below. Size limitsMyMart™ lets you send as many pictures and videos as you like for a listing, but your phone network operator limits the amount of data you can send in a single picture message. This can be confusing, a single picture can vary in size wildly depending on how busy it is visually. Not all operators will warn you when a message is to big, sometimes messages can just vanish into the ether. Not ideal, but sadly there’s nothing we can do to help. As a guide, one picture on it’s own should never be too big. Newer phones take bigger pictures, but often resize them automatically before they are sent. For video, you can fit about 30 seconds of video into a message, not very much we know! If you want to know more consult your phone’s manual or contact your network operator.
